A Gentle Start to Spring in the Artful Cards Studio

There’s something special about this time of year — the light feels a little softer, the days stretch a little longer, and the studio takes on a calm, hopeful energy. Spring always feels like a quiet reset, and this month I’ve been leaning into that feeling while creating new cards and refreshing the shop.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been tidying layouts, updating photos, and adding small touches that make the shop feel more welcoming. The free‑shipping banner, the new cookie policy, and the updated Terms & Conditions all help the site feel clearer and more professional — the kind of space I want customers to feel comfortable exploring.
I’ve also been working on new designs inspired by spring colours: soft greens, gentle blues, and warm neutrals. There’s something lovely about crafting with lighter tones after the deep colours of winter. Even the studio feels brighter.
One of my favourite moments this month was sending out a handmade card that sold out the same day — a reminder that these small creations really do find their way to people who appreciate them. Moments like that keep the studio feeling alive.
As the season unfolds, I’ll be adding more fresh designs, sharing behind‑the‑scenes updates, and preparing for the warmer months ahead. Spring always brings new ideas, and I’m excited to see where they lead.
