• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5–6 days.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non‑Returnable Items
Custom or personalized cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact me with a photo so I can put it right quickly.
